Refund Policy

The short version

• Refunds are issued through PayPal, back to the payment method you used.
• A completed refund closes your access to that course.
• The guided meditations are free, so there is nothing there to refund.
• To begin, write to loveice0624@gmail.com.

How to ask for a refund

Send an email to loveice0624@gmail.com and tell us:

• the email address you used to buy the course,
• which course it is,
• roughly when you bought it,
• and what did not work for you.

The last one is not a hurdle. It is how we learn where a course falls short.

What happens next

We check your purchase record and reply by email. Once we have agreed on a refund, we issue it through PayPal, back to your original payment method. How soon it appears depends on PayPal and on your bank rather than on us.

What a refund changes

A refund and course access belong together. When a refund completes, access to that course is withdrawn automatically and the course leaves My Courses. If you want the course again later, you are welcome to buy it again.

What is not refundable

Anything you did not pay for. The guided meditation audio is free, and access granted without a payment has no payment attached to return.

If you would rather go through PayPal

You can always open a dispute with PayPal directly. We would gently ask that you email us first — most things settle faster between two people, and we would rather hear from you than from a case number.
