Agreeing to these terms

By browsing this site, signing in, or buying a course, you accept the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a six-digit code we send to it. There is no password. This also means that anyone who can read your inbox can open your account, so please keep that mailbox secure.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has reached it, write to us.

What we offer

Online courses, each sold once for a fixed price (currently 49 US dollars per course), and guided meditation audio, which is free to listen to.

A purchased course stays available under My Courses. There is no subscription, no renewal, and nothing that quietly charges you again.

Buying a course

Payment is handled by PayPal. Your card and bank details go to PayPal, never to us. Once PayPal confirms the payment, your access opens automatically.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank may add its own conversion rate or fees, which are outside our control.

How you may use the courses

A course is for you, personally, and you are welcome to return to it as often as you like while your access lasts.

Please do not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the course material, and please do not lend your account to others. If course material is being spread beyond the person who bought it, we may close the access it came from.

What the courses are, and are not

Quwee's courses are educational. They offer practices and perspectives for relationships and everyday awareness. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or professional advice, and they do not replace them. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency service.

Refunds

Refunds are handled through PayPal, and a completed refund closes access to the refunded course. The details live on the Refund Policy page.

Content and ownership

The course videos, audio, writing, and artwork on this site belong to Quwee unless stated otherwise. Buying a course gives you the right to use it, not to own it.

Changes to the site and to these terms

As the garden grows we may update course content, adjust features, or retire parts of the site. We will do our best to keep purchased courses reachable.

The site depends on hosting, payment, and email services we do not run, so we cannot promise it will never be unavailable.

When these terms change, we will update the date below.

Applicable law

If something goes wrong, we would rather settle it in an email than anywhere else. Please write to us first and give both sides a chance to put it right.

This page does not name a governing court or an arbitration procedure; that will be added after a formal legal review. Until then, whatever mandatory consumer protections apply where you live remain fully yours.
